The Lauby Wonder Spoon

The Wonder Spoon is the flagship product of Lauby Bait Company, designed in the early 1930s to mimic a distressed fish swimming just below the surface. Known for its unique concave belly, this wooden spoon lure creates a “tail-powered” motion, producing a distinctive V-shaped wake that attracts fish.

Sizes: It was available in a range of sizes, from fly rod models (1.5 inches) to large musky sizes (up to 7 inches).
